1. Who we are
Brewresearch LLC ("Brewresearch", "we", "us") is a brand and demand studio registered in the State of Florida, USA, at 1837 Harbor Street, Suite 220, Miami, FL 33131. For anything related to this policy, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
Only what we need to reply to you and run this website:
- Details you send us — name, email address, company, the type of work you're after and whatever you write in the enquiry form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type and referring page, held in aggregate to keep the site secure and understand traffic.
- Client data — where you engage us, whatever brand, campaign and analytics data the work requires, always under a separate agreement.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
- To deliver contracted work and report on it (performance of a contract).
- To keep this website secure and working (legitimate interest).
- To send the occasional studio update, only if you opt in (consent), withdrawable at any time.
4. Cookies
This site sets only what is strictly necessary to function, plus privacy-friendly aggregate traffic measurement. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our own website. Blocking cookies in your browser will not break the site.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors that help us operate — email hosting, analytics and cloud infrastructure — each under a data processing agreement, and with authorities where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period required by U.S. accounting and tax law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable state privacy law (including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights) to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Florida Attorney General's office with any concerns.
8. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting current clients are communicated by email.
